I've had a weird relationship with sleep every since i was a kid

I have very frequent and intense dreams, I also get bouts of concurrent nightmares sometimes lasting up to a few weeks. I sleep really poorly most nights and I had chronic sleep paralasys as a kid.

Because of all of this i've always held a lot of importance on dreams, it might just be me coping though, since they have such an effect on my day to day life it would be super annoying if dreams were really just random and meaningless.

I'll write them down as often as i can here.
